ROME, Ga.- The Shorter Women's Soccer team will remain in Rome this Tuesday as they host Emmanuel. 


Kickoff is slated for 5:30 p.m. ET on the Conference Carolinas Digital Network. 


NOTES

• The Hawks are coming off a tight 1-0 victory against Erskine this past Saturday. 
• Gianna Estavillo found the back of the net on a penalty for her first career goal. 
• Shorter's defense was on full display, as goalkeeper Karis Eccleston recorded her third career clean sheet. 

SCOUTING THE LIONS

• The Lions have struggled to begin 2026, dropping their first three matches. 
• Emmanuel notched their first goal of the season in their most recent match against Middle Georgia State. 
• This marks the first year of Ged O'Conner as the head coach of Emmanuel. 

SERIES HISTORY

• Shorter is 3-6 all-time against the Lions, falling 5-1 in 2025.
