Shorter University presents a Women’s Basketball Elite Camp
When: Saturday, August 1st, 2020Â
Time: 1 PM- 5 PM
Location: Shorter University Winthrop King Centre
Ages: 9th-12th Graders
Cost: $60 (cash or check upon arrival – make checks payable to Jared Hughes Basketball Camp LLC)
Come join us for a day full of competitive basketball, with team like drills and scenarios of the Shorter Lady Hawks. To stay within the guidelines of COVID 19, upon arrival we will check temperatures and perform a brief screening questionnaire. Spectators will be socially distanced in designated seating areas. We are allowing only 2 spectators per registered camper to enter the gym. Masks are required- spectators must always have them on, while players are only required to wear them while they are not performing physical activity. Campers will be placed into groups of 10 and those groups will stay together throughout the duration of the camp. Campers will also be required to provide their own water/drinks due to the restricted use of campus water fountains and water coolers.
