ROME, Ga. – Head Coach Alissa Gembach announced the 2026 schedule for the Shorter University Women's Soccer team on Tuesday.
Shorter enters the 2026 season looking to build on last year's campaign, with a schedule featuring nine home matches at Ben Brady Field and a competitive Conference Carolinas slate.
The Hawks will open the season on the road at Clayton State on Aug. 15 before making their home debut against Faulkner on Aug. 20. Following a brief break, Shorter returns to Ben Brady Field to begin conference play with three consecutive home matches, hosting Erskine on Sept. 5, Emmanuel on Sept. 8, and Young Harris on Sept. 16 after a road contest at UNC Pembroke on Sept. 12.
The Hawks continue their homestand against Chowan on Sept. 19 before traveling to Southern Wesleyan on Sept. 22. Shorter then returns home to host Belmont Abbey on Sept. 26 and Emory & Henry on Sept. 30 to close out the month.
October begins with a pair of road matches at King on Oct. 3 and Mars Hill on Oct. 7 before the Hawks continue conference play at Erskine on Oct. 10 and Emmanuel on Oct. 14. Shorter returns home to host Lees-McRae on Oct. 17 before making the short trip to Young Harris on Oct. 20. The Hawks conclude the regular season on Oct. 24 when they host Southern Wesleyan at Ben Brady Field.
