- The Hawks are looking to end their season on a high note with a series win after dropping both games in their home finale to Southern Wesleyan on Wednesday.
- Shorter has found great production from Madison Bishop in the circle, as she gave up just two runs and struck out five in game one on Wednesday.
- Rylee Gattis has been the focal point for the Shorter offense, hitting an efficient .370 with 51 hits and 16 RBI.
