ROME, Ga.- The Shorter Women's Soccer team will be on the road this Tuesday as they travel to Central, South Carolina, to face off against Southern Wesleyan. 


First kick is slated for 3:00 p.m. ET, with the match being streamed on the Conference Carolinas Digital Network. 


NOTES

• The Hawks are coming off a tough 6-3 loss to Chowan this past Saturday. 
• Shorter's three goals are the most in a match since the 2023 season. 
• Gianna Estavillo scored two of the Hawks' three goals, adding to an impressive sophomore campaign. 
• Shorter has already tied the number of goals they had from last season with four so far. 

SCOUTING THE WARRIORS

• SWU enters Tuesday at 2-5 overall and 1-3 in conference. 
• The Warriors dominated Ferrum last time out, defeating them 8-3. 
• Madison Stanley and Lucia Fernandez each recorded a pair of goals in the win. 

SERIES HISTORY

• Shorter is 0-4 all-time against SWU, hoping to get their first win on Tuesday.
