CENTRAL, S.C.- The Shorter Women's Soccer team fell on Tuesday afternoon to Southern Wesleyan in a 5-0 defeat at Childs Field.
The loss drops the Hawks to 1-5 overall.
Shorter held off the Warriors early, as both sides battled. The Warriors unfortunately found the net at the 35th minute to take the 1-0 lead entering the break. SWU would not stop there, adding four more goals in the second half as the Hawks fell in a 5-0 final.
