GREENVILLE, S.C.- Sharick Guiza Hernandez of the Shorter Women's Tennis team was named Conference Player of the Week for her respective performances across the week for the Hawks. 

Hernandez achieved a perfect record in both singles and doubles as the Hawks earned a 6-1 win over Georgia Southwestern on Thursday that would be followed by a 7-0 sweep of Berry on Saturday. Against Georgia Southwestern, Herandez helped Shorter gather a 6-4 win in doubles before following with a 6-0, 6-7, 10-5 win in singles. Against Berry, she continued her dominance with a 6-1 doubles win and a 6-2, 6-3 win in singles. 

Hernandez and the Hawks will be back in action this Friday as they travel to face Snead State for a 1:00 PM match.
