DUE WEST, S.C.- The Shorter Hawks (9-12, 3-8 CC) fell to Erskine (10-8, 7-3 CC) on Wednesday afternoon in a 7-0 defeat.
The Hawks battled hard in doubles but could not secure the point. Despite a strong showing from
Sofia Arellano and
Lady-Ester Villanueva Rosado , who came up short in a narrow 7-6 (7-3) loss.
Shorter continued to battle in singles, but could not manage to grab a point, falling in a 7-0 loss.

The Hawks will head to Bristol for their regular-season finale as they face off against King this Friday for a 1:00 PM match.
