ROME, Ga. – Five players who played key roles for their high schools last fall will begin their college careers with the Shorter Hawks this fall as Dwayne Tiller of Cherokee (Ga.) High School, Germane Burroughs of Douglas County (Ga.) High, Gray Langlo of Crystal River (Fla.) High, Damarious Owensby of Central-Carroll (Ga.) High and Kendrez White of Goshen (Ala.) High have signed National Letters of Intent to play at Shorter.
