ROME--Monday afternoon, Men's Tennis fell to Middlebury College, 7-2, at the Walt Attaway Tennis Center.

The loss drops the Hawks to 2-12 on the season.

Shorter finished doubles play trailing 2-1; earning the win at number two as Marc Guerry and Aurturo Lifshitz topped Brantner Jones and Palmer Campbell, 8-4.

In singles, the Hawks won one of the six matches to record the loss, 7-2. Guerry defeated, at number one singles, Alex Johnston (7-6, 6-2).

Shorter's men, along with the Lady Hawks, will be back in action Thursday, March 27, against Columbus State at home. Matches begin at 1pm.
