ROME, Ga.- The Shorter Men's Tennis team fell to Emmanuel Tuesday afternoon in a 6-1 defeat. The loss drops the Hawks to 2-14 overall.
The Hawks battled in doubles, with Georgio Tsioumas and Kalle Johanssen putting together a 7-6 win, but it would not be enough as the Hawks dropped the other two doubles matches.
Shorter fought in singles, with Tsioumas gaining the lone win via retirement. The Lions rolled through, earning a 6-1 win.
