ROME, Ga.- The Shorter Men's Soccer team is set to face off against Southern Wesleyan this Tuesday on the road. 


First kick is slated for 5:30 p.m., with the match being streamed to the Conference Carolinas Digital Network. 


NOTES

• The Hawks are coming off a match against Chowan this past Saturday that had to be ruled a no contest due to a severe weather delay. 
• Shorter is looking to make their presence felt as they head into the heart of conference play. 
• Levi Trevino played the hero the last time Shorter faced Southern Wesleyan, knocking down the game-winning goal with less than ten seconds remaining last season. 
• Shorter's offensive attack has rapidly improved as the season has progressed. 

SCOUTING THE WARRIORS

• SWU enters Tuesday at 4-3-1 overall and 2-1-1 in conference. 
• The Warriors defeated Ferrum in a narrow 1-0 win this past Saturday. 
• SWU sits at third in the Southwest standings, just above Shorter, who is at fourth.

• The Hawks are 2-3-9 all-time against SWU, splitting last season.
