ROME, Ga. – Head Coach Roberto Hernandez announced on Monday the 2026 schedule for the Shorter Men's Soccer team. 
 

Shorter enters the 2026 season looking to build on last year's campaign with a schedule that features nine home matches at Ben Brady Field and a competitive Conference Carolinas slate.
 

The Hawks will open the season at home on Aug. 18 with an exhibition against Truett McConnell before traveling to face Berry College on Aug. 26. Shorter returns to Rome to begin the regular season with three consecutive home matches, hosting Bryan College on Sept. 1, before opening conference play against Erskine on Sept. 5 and Emmanuel on Sept. 8.

 

Road play begins on Sept. 12 with a contest at Francis Marion before the Hawks return home to host Young Harris on Sept. 16 and Chowan on Sept. 19. Shorter then travels to Southern Wesleyan on Sept. 22 before returning to Ben Brady Field to welcome Belmont Abbey on Sept. 26.

 

October begins with a pair of road matches at King on Oct. 3 and Bob Jones on Oct. 6 before the Hawks continue conference play at Erskine on Oct. 10 and Emmanuel on Oct. 14. Shorter returns home to host Lees-McRae on Oct. 17 before making the short trip to Young Harris on Oct. 20. The Hawks conclude the regular season on Oct. 24 when they host Southern Wesleyan at Ben Brady Field.
