Box Score ROME-  The Shorter Hawks Men's Lacrosse team fell in a 24-2 defeat Saturday afternoon at the hands of Montreat at Ben Brady Field. 

The visitors controlled the narrative for the first quarter, scoring 11 goals before Kyler Hart got Shorter on the board in the second. The Hawks continued to battle but would find themselves behind 12-1 going into halftime. Shorter continued to fight, but struggled to contain the Cavaliers' offense, as they fell in a 24-2 final.

The Hawks will stay in Rome as they host SCAD-Savannah for a midweek match on February 19 at 12:00 PM.
