GREENVILLE, S.C.- The Shorter Men's Lacrosse team was selected to finish 9th in the Conference Carolinas preseason poll that was released on Thursday morning. 

The Hawks received a total of 9 points in the poll, trailing Chowan who received 17 points. North Greenville earned the top spot with 59 points (4) as Belmont Abbey finished just behind them with 58 (4). 

Eli Hunt, Jeremiah Sandy, and Ethan Reeves were named as Players to Watch by the conference for the 2026 campaign. 

The Hawks are looking to make waves this season in the Conference of the Carolina's with a young roster that is set to become vital core pieces for the future of Shorter.
