ROME, Ga. — The Shorter Women's Lacrosse team faced off against the Berry Vikings in a scrimmage on Tuesday, February 4, at Valhalla Stadium. The Lady Hawks emerged victoriously, securing a 13-10 win.
Game Summary:
The Lady Hawks came out strong in the first quarter, with
Jazzelle Ware,
Rei Voight,
Shyla Araujo, and
Tori Wolf leading the charge to a 6-0 lead. The Vikings fought back in the second quarter, scoring five goals, but the Lady Hawks remained determined in the third and fourth quarters.
Annagrace Crane contributed three key caused turnovers, quickly transitioning the ball to the attack for successful scores. In the final two quarters, goals were netted by
