GREENVILLE, S.C.- Cassidy Jones of the Shorter Women's Lacrosse team was named to the Conference Carolinas Third Team All-Conference for her performance during the 2026 campaign. Jones is also the first from Shorter to receive an all-conference nod in the Conference Carolinas. 


Jones appeared and started in all 14 contests, recording a team-leading 32 goals, 10 assists, and 42 points. The Memphis, Tennessee, native also made her presence felt defensively, recording 22 ground balls and 10 caused turnovers while also having 17 draw controls. Jones was a standout for the Hawks this season, having a career performance against Lees-McRae, recording eight goals, eight points, and four ground balls. Her impact helped the Hawks be comeptitive in conference play as well as establish a solid foundation for the future.
