The Men's Golf team is taking DII by storm. They continued to move up 9 spots in the Golfstat rankings this week to the number #15 spot in the country. They are led by three team members that are individually ranked in the Top 100. Jean- Louis Du Plessis (Fr.) is ranked #27 in the country for NCAA Division II Men's Golf. He is followed by teammates Blake Henriques (Fr.) ranked #49 and Isaac MacNaughton (Jr.) ranked #95. Du Plessis' most recent outing consisted of a T1 finish at the Camden Collegiate shooting 207 in three rounds (-3). At the same tournament, MacNaughton shot 214 over three (+4), while Henriques shot 215 (+5). These three men and the rest of their teammates are heavily impacting the culture of Shorter University Golf by constantly raising the bar. We are wishing them luck as the continue to climb the ladder of success. The Hawks Golf team will compete next at the UWG Matt Dyas Invitational in Carrollton, GA on October 24th and 25th.
