ROME -- The Shorter University men's lacrosse program is partnering with Lace Up With LAX for its home game against Colorado Mesa University on Wednesday, March 25 at 5 pm at Ben Brady Field.

Lace Up With LAX is dedicated to defining the legacy of lacrosse players off the field by working to provide children who are homeless a new pair of shoes and in turn, a step toward a brighter future. Fans are encouraged to bring a pair of shoes, sizes 3-8, with the to the game to be donated to Rome City Schools for children in need.
 
The Hawks' goal is to collect 50 pairs of shoes.
