COLUMBUS, Ga. – The Shorter women's golf team wrapped up play at the Columbus State Invitational, finishing 11th overall with a team score of +175.
Kentyn Clark led the Hawks with a 27th-place finish at +23. Clark opened with a +10 and followed with a +6 in round two and a +7 in round three to total 79 in her final round, pacing Shorter's lineup. Leah Anderson turned in a solid performance, finishing 47th at +33. Anderson posted a +12 in rounds one and two before closing it out with a +10 in round three for an 81.
Taylor Young added to the Hawks' effort with a 57th-place finish at +43. Young carded a +20 in round one before shooting a +12 in round two and a +11 in round three.
Taylor Haines rounded out the scoring for Shorter, finishing 68th at +76.

Shorter will prepare for the Conference Carolinas Championships in Spartanburg on April 20-21.
