GREENWOOD, S.C.- The Shorter Men's Golf team competed well in the Greenwood Invitational from Monday to Tuesday, placing 15th overall as a team.
Noah Small and
Tommy Harris earned top 50 finishes, as the pair each placed 46th overall. On Monday, Small carded a 71 (-1) and a 77 (+5) before finishing with a 72 (E) on Tuesday to finish with a +4. Harris shot a 75 (+3) and a 71 (-1) on the opening day before recording a 74 (+2) on Tuesday for a total of +4.
Jack Floyd (65th),
Inigo De Anta (78th), and
Nathan Martin (89th) rounded out the Hawks' scores, competing well. Floyd shot a 71 (-1) and a 74 (+2) on Monday before carding a 79 (+7) for a total of +8. De Anta finished round one with a 79 (+7) and a 71 (-1) before getting a 76 (+4) on the last day for a total of (+10). Martin rounded out the Hawks by shooting a 79 (+7) and a 77 (+5) on day one, wrapping up play with a 73 (+1) for a total of +13.
UP NEXT
The Hawks will be back in competition on March 30 when they compete in the Music City Invitational.
