Shorter Women's Golf Competes in Day One of Full Moon Invitational

MONTEVALLO, Ala.- The Shorter women's golf team competed well in the opening day of the Full Moon Invitational. The Hawks sit at eighth overall for the tournament. 

Taylor Young leads the Hawks, carding an 80 (+9) for 18th overall. Kentyn Clark sits at 28th overall after shooting an 84 (+13) for the day. Leah Anderson and Taylor Haines are also competing well with Anderson shooting an 89 (+18) and Haines with a 90 (+19). Raina Horton rounds out the Hawks with a 94 (+23). 

The Hawks will look to climb up the leaderboards as they compete on the second day of the Full Moon Invitational tomorrow morning.
