TIGERVILLE, S.C.- The Shorter men's soccer team fell Saturday afternoon in a tough 4-0 loss to North Greenville.
The Blazers struck first in the 12th minute to jump ahead 1-0. Shorter's offense struggled to get anything going, totaling just two shots on the day. The Hawks kept battling, but would give up a goal in the 35th minute to enter the half behind two goals. The Blazers tacked on two more goals in the second half to make it a 4-0 defeat for the Hawks.
The loss drops the Hawks to 1-9 overall while falling to 1-6 in conference play.
