Hawks Drop the Ball Against Falcons

The Shorter Hawks took on a tough GSC opponent in a Friday night game versus the Montevallo Falcons. As play began, the Falcons scored quickly leading the charge 1-0. At the end of the first period, the Hawks responded as Charles Garcia scored on the assist by Davide Maiello. The period came to end an end with a 1-1 tie. 
The game was neck and neck in the second period. The players on both sides were determined to find a way to take the lead. Montevallo prevailed as they scored back-to-back at the end to come away with the win, 3-1.
