The Shorter Hawks faced off against the Warhawks in a GSC matchup. AUM scored first after a yellow card set up an easy penalty kick to take the 1-0 lead. The Warhawks would go on to score twice more, and at the end of the first period, lead 3-0. 
Shorter bounced back in the second period as Mattia Maiello scored on the assist by Charles Garcia, making the score 3-1. The Warhawks found the back of the net again to increase the lead as the final score was 4-1. 
The Shorter Hawks are now 1-7 overall and 0-4 in the GSC.
