Box Score The Shorter Hawks Women's Soccer team fell 5-0 in a hard-fought matchup against the Sand Sharks of USC Beaufort. 

The Hawks fell behind early when the Sand Sharks racked up 3 goals in the first 45 minutes of regulation play. The Hawks came out of halftime fighting hard but saw the game slip away after the Sand Sharks struck 2 more goals to seal the defeat. 

The Hawks will travel to Memphis, Tennessee, to take on the Buccaneers of Christian Brothers University on Friday, Sept. 9, at Signaigo Field
