ROME, Ga.- The Shorter men's lacrosse team took on
Maryville University on Saturday afternoon at Ben Brady Field. The Hawks dropped their match against the visitors by a score of 26-5.

Alexander Hudgins,
Gunnar Uutinen,
Carson Evans and
Ethan Kavanaugh each accounted for a goal apiece on the afternoon. Kavanaugh also had an assist in the game, as well as teammate
Jaden Sealey.
Justin Morgan and Jacob Allen paced the Saints (3-1) with four goals apiece, while teammate Matt Martyn scored three. Teammates Reid Usrey and Zach Baker each added four assists as well.
The Hawks (1-6) will be off next week before hitting the road and facing Chowan University in Murfreesboro, N.C., on March 16 at 1 p.m.
