GREENEVILLE, Tenn.- The Shorter men's lacrosse team hit the road for the first time this season, as the Hawks took on
Tusculum University away from the familiar confines of Ben Brady Field on Tuesday night.
Jaden Sealey and
Kaleb Roehn both had a goal apiece for the Hawks, but it was not enough ultimately, as Shorter came up short by a score of 18-2.
Besides Sealey and Roehn's contribution on the scoresheet, teammate
Gunnar Uutinen also recorded an assist. Tusculum's Tristan Kirkham and Nate Raymond led the Pioneers with four goals each, while Wesley Phillips had five assists. The Hawks will return to play on Saturday, as they will play at Mars Hill University at 12 p.m.
