ROME, Ga. – The Shorter men's lacrosse team faced their counterparts from
Emmanuel College on a beautiful Wednesday evening at Ben Brady Field. The visiting Lions walked away with a hard-fought 15-8 win.
Shorter's
Alexander Hudgins paced the Hawks with four goals. Teammate
Kaleb Roehn had three, and
Jaden Sealey added one more.
Gunnar Uutinen recorded a game-high four assists as well.
Emmanuel's Shamaz Durrant, Allan Velasquez and Luke Hildebrandt led the Lions with three goals apiece. Jared Weiss and Velasquez also led Emmanuel with two assists apiece.
The Hawks will be back in action next Wednesday when they will take on the Kennesaw State club lacrosse team at 7 p.m.
