In a hard-fought rivalry battle, the Shorter Hawks Women's Soccer team fell 7-0 to No.1 Lee University Sunday at Ben Brady Field. 

The Hawks played toe to toe in the first 45 minutes of regulation but surrendered three goals to the Flames to trail going into halftime. The Hawks came out in the second half fighting hard, but the Flames struck four more goals to end the contest. 

The Shorter Hawks Women's Soccer Team will be back in action on Friday, Oct. 7th, when they host the Badgers of Spring Hill College.
