The Shorter Hawks Men's Soccer team suffered a 5-1 loss to the Lee University Flames Friday at Ben Brady Field. 

Sophomore Matt Allen opened the scoring as the Hawks bagged the first score of the contest to take a 1-0 lead under the first two minutes of regulation. The Hawks battled hard in the first 45 minutes of regulation before conceding four goals before halftime. The Hawks came out of halftime fighting hard, but the flames struck one last goal to seal the contest. 

The Shorter Hawks Men's Soccer Team will be back in action on Friday, Oct. 7th, when they host the Badgers of Spring Hill College.
