Hawks Drop Heartbreaking Road Loss to Falcons

On Sunday, the Shorter Hawks Women's Soccer team fell in a tough 10-0 road loss to the Montevallo Falcons. 

 

The Hawks saw the game slip away early as the falcons tallied five goals in the first 45 minutes of regulation to take the lead going into halftime. The Hawks came out in the second half fighting strong, but the Falcons struck five more insurance goals to end the match. 

 

 The Hawks will return to action on Friday, Oct. 21, as they host the Chargers of the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
