Hawks Unable to Control The Chargers

ROME, Ga.—The Shorter Men's Basketball team fell 108- 67 to The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
 
With the loss the Hawks are 3-10 overall, 0-8 GSC while UAH improves to 10-6, 3-4 GSC.
The Hawks came out strong in the first half with the first point for the Hawks from Ricky Knight Jr with a three. The Chargers kept hitting threes to tie the game up 13-13 with 15:23 in the first. Unfortunately, Shorter was unable to combat against the Chargers who kept the lead the rest of the game.
 
Knight Jr. recorded a game high of 22 points while Kendale Chambers Jr. added in 15 points and Ralph Barnett tallied up 11 points.
For the Chargers, Chaney Johnson also had a game high of 22 points followed just behind was Max Shulman with 21 points.
 
The Hawks will be back in action at home on Wednesday, January 12th against West Georgia with tipoff slated for 7:30p.m.
