ROME, Ga. – The Shorter Hawks fell 83-65 to the Lee University Flames on Thursday evening at home.
After tonight's game, the Hawks are 3-9 on the season and 0-7 in Gulf South Conference (GSC) play. The Tigers are now 8-5 on the season and 4-3 in GSC play.
The score was 33-28 Lee at the half.
Ricky Knight Jr. led the way for the Hawks with 15 points while
Mark Wilcox Jr. had double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds.
Jaden Dunham had eight points and six rebounds.
The Hawks return to action on Saturday, January 8 and will face the University of Alabama Huntsville Chargers in a GSC matchup. Tip-off will be at 4 p.m. in the Winthrop-King Centre.
