Memphis, Tenn. -- The tough weekend continued for Shorter men's soccer Sunday as they both fell to Christian Brothers, 3-0.
The Hawks, who've struggled on the road this year, fell to 6-9-1 on the season and 4-4 in conference play.
Diego Silva Vieira put Christian Brothers (13-2, 7-1 GSC) on the board in the 24
th minute of the men's game. While the goal proved to be enough to top the Hawks, the Bucs added two in the second half for the 3-0 final score.
Nicolas Ferrigno played the complete game for Shorter in goal, making five saves.
Christian Bothers outshot the Hawks 19-12, and held a 9-5 advantage in shots on goal.
The Hawks will be back in action Friday, October 31, as they host longtime rival, Lee University, for senior night.
