Appeared in 12 matches while making nine starts for the Hawks... Logged 542 minutes during his freshman campaign... Helped Shorter earn a 1-0 win over Erskine on Oct. 7 and a 2-1 victory over Southern Wesleyan on Oct. 28.

Attended high school in Trion, Ga... Helped his team capture a regional championship... Named Region Player of the Year and earned All-State honors.

Son of Kelly and John Cornett... Has five siblings, Danny, Josh, Cody, Allie and Taylor... Majoring in Sports Management... Chose Shorter because of its Christian atmosphere and the opportunity to play soccer... Enjoys spending time with friends, playing basketball and swimming.
