Shorter University Athletics

Brady Flynn is entering his second season with the Shorter Hawks men’s basketball program. This year, Brady will be serving the varsity team as an assistant coach and will also take on the responsibility of head coaching the junior varsity team at Shorter. Having contributed in all aspects of the Shorter Hawks Basketball program, his main responsibilities include recruiting, video coordinating, opponent scouting, on-court coaching, and day-to-day internal operations.
 
Brady graduated from Liberty University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Coaching. While at LU, Brady worked for Liberty Women’s Basketball as a student manager & practice player. The Liberty Lady Flames posted a 39-19 combined record from 2019-2021 and were back-to-back Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Co-Champions.
 
Brady spends his summers working for HoopSeen and The Hoop Group as a skills instructor and tournament site director. Flynn’s summer of 2022 included working camps for Tennessee, Virginia, Berry, and Point Guard College (PGC). Brady has also filled his time working internal game operations for TBT, the $1 Million Dollar Winner-Take-All Basketball Tournament on ESPN.
 
The Schoolcraft, MI native completed his Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree from Shorter University in the summer of 2022.
