PRIOR TO SHORTER
Played for Valdosta State in the 2025 season. 

HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Thomas County Central High School, where he played under head coach Justin Rogers... Set school records for most passing yards in a single season and most total yards in a single season... Named Scholar-Athlete of the Year and earned All-State recognition during his prep career.

PERSONAL
Son of Phil and Stephanie Brown... Has three siblings... Chose Shorter for the opportunity to continue playing quarterback while further developing his Christian faith.
