PRIOR TO SHORTER
Played for Union Commonwealth during the 2025 season...made seven appearances...recorded 30 tackles, four tackles for loss, and two interceptions. 

HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Osborne High School, where he played under Coach Salam... Earned All-Region recognition during his prep career.

PERSONAL
Son of Renita Washington and Dontae Washington Sr.... Has a brother, Taedon, and a sister, Maliya... Chose Shorter for the opportunity to return home and join a football program that would help him grow as a man.
