Played at Tomball Christian in Houston, Texas, under head coach Skeet Alderson... Helped the program win two NHFA National Championships... Earned Conference MVP honors and was a Burlsworth Award recipient... Finished his career as the school's all-time passing leader.

Son of Skeet and Lisha Alderson... Has four siblings, Jack, Claire, Lyla and Jude... Chose Shorter because he wanted to be a part of what Coach Morrison is building.
