Why Shorter?
"I chose to transfer to Shorter University because I wanted to attend a school with exemplary academics and be coached by educators with strong ethics. I have found that in Coach Moseley and Coach Noel, winning is important but so is being the best Christian Scholar Athlete that we can be. I enjoy being close to home; family and friends are able to attend my games. I have learned that just because it’s in my back yard doesn’t mean it’s not the best school."

"Shorter University has an excellent reputation in many scholastic areas. Graduating from SU with a degree in Elementary Education will add credibility to my resume and make me a more marketable teacher candidate. I will be able to enter a career as an educator with the confidence that only a strong academic education can provide."
