2015-16: Started all 28 games … Averaged a double-double of 16.1 points and 10.7 rebounds per game … Also recorded 74 steals and 43 blocks … Led the team in scoring in 18 games, while pulling down the most rebounds in all but four contests … Scored in double-figures in 25 games, with a season-high of 29 points … Had a season-high 14 rebounds against Clark Atlanta on November 24th … Blocked four shots on multiple occasions … Led the Gulf South Conference in double-doubles (15) … Second in the GSC in field goal percentage and blocks … Was a 4x Gulf South Conference Player of the Week selection … First-team All-GSC Selection … Earned a GSC All-Academic award … Was a WBCA All-America Honorable Mention selection
Prior to Shorter: ranked #1 in rebounds and field goal percentage (60%) in the Alabama Community College Conference. Nationally, Adams ranked #1 in defensive rebounds, #4 in total rebounds and #8 in rebounds per game. Adams averaged a double-double, 12 points and 12 rebounds for 2013-14 season, and was named All-Region
Second Team, North Division First Team, and Region XXII All-Tournament Team. In the classroom, Adams also excelled and graduated from Gadsden State CC with a 3.62 GPA.
