GREENVILLE, S.C.- David Hill of the Shorter Football team was named the Conference Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league on Monday. 


Hill had a career day for the Hawks in their 31-24 victory over Erskine this past Saturday, rushing the ball 28 times for a career-high 194 yards. His 194 yards is also the most by a player this season in the conference, solidifying his strong play as of late. Throughout four games, Hill leads the conference with 405 rushing yards on 72 carries, averaging 101.3 yards per contest. 


Hill will look to continue his dominance on the ground as the Hawks face off against former GSC opponent Delta State this Saturday at 6 p.m.
