ROME- The Shorter Men's Tennis team fell to Francis Marion Friday afternoon in a 7-0 defeat. The loss drops the Hawks to 2-11 and 0-4 in conference action.
Georgios Tsioumas and
Agustin Yap got the 6-4 victory in the #1 position in doubles, but it would not be enough as the Hawks struggled in the two and third line, losing the point.
Shorter battled hard in singles, but could not gain a win despite a well-fought battle in the #6 spot from
Kamron Palacios, in which he fell in a 6-0, 3-6, 10-6 final.
