GREENVILLE, Tenn.- The Shorter Women's Lacrosse team fell to Tusculum on the road Monday afternoon in a 19-4 loss. The loss drops the Hawks to 2-8 overall on the season.
The hosts controlled the first half, netting five goals each quarter to lead it 10-0 at the break. The Hawks' scoring drought came to an end when
Cassidy Jones found the back of the net in the third period. Shorter continued to fight, as Jones added three more goals and
Shyla Araujo scored, but it would not be enough as they fell in a 19-4 defeat.
