ROME- The Shorter Hawks Men's Lacrosse team fell in a 35-4 defeat Monday afternoon at the hands of Young Harris at Ben Brady Field.
The visitors controlled most of the contest, scoring 18 goals straight before
Watson Hawthorne got Shorter on the board. The Hawks would score one more time before half, making it 18-2. The Mountain Lions continued their rout, scoring 10 unanswered goals. Shorter continued to fight, but struggled to contain Young Harris' offense, as they fell in a 35-4 final.

The Hawks will stay in Rome as they host Mount Olive for a weekend match on February 28th at 12:00 PM.
