ROME - The Shorter Men's tennis team fell to Berry College this Saturday afternoon in a 4-3 defeat.
Shorter kept it close in their doubles game but could not bring the point for the team. The Hawks kept pushing the pace as Guido Loayza gave the first point to the Hawks with a 6-3, 6-2 win in line 2, while Carlos Tubio had a longer match, winning it with a hard but deserved 6-7(2-7), 6-3, 7-6(8-6) as No 1 position. The Men's Hawks fought but ended up losing 4-3 against Berry College.
