ROME, Ga.- Due to inclement weather expected in the area on Saturday, the Shorter Football team's Homecoming matchup against Ferrum has been moved to Friday, Oct. 9, at 3:30 p.m. at Barron Stadium.

 
The game was originally scheduled for Saturday afternoon but has been moved up to Friday to avoid the expected weather conditions.

 
Fans are encouraged to come out and support the Hawks as they celebrate Homecoming 2026.
