ROME, Ga.– Shorter Women's basketball head coach Lasheena Nation has announced the 2025-26 conference schedule, which features ten home and ten away match ups.
The Lady Hawks will begin conference play with a road trip to Florence, South Carolina to face Francis Marion University (Nov. 22) and then return to the Winthrop-King Centre to take on the Warriors of Southern Wesleyan University (Nov. 25). Shorter will continue their road stretch against Barton College (Dec. 13), and Emmanuel University (Dec. 16). After a quick break, The Lady Hawks return home to take on Chowan University (Jan. 3) before a two-game on the road against Belmont Abbey (Jan. 7) and Converse University (Jan. 9). Shorter will return to the nest to face Erskine College (Jan. 13) before traveling to South Carolina to face the Trailblazers of North Greenville University (Jan. 17). The Hawks will have another brief stint at home against Young Harris College (Jan 19) that will be followed by an away match up against Southern Wesleyan (Jan. 21).
After a back-and-forth stint, the Lady Hawks have a three-game home stretch where they face King University (Jan. 24), Lees-McRae College (Jan. 31), and Emmanuel University (Feb. 4). The Hawks will go back on the road for a two-game stint at Ferrum College (Feb. 7) and Young Harris College (Feb. 10). The Lady Hawks will end their home stand for the conference season with a three-game stretch facing the University of Mount Olive (Feb 14), Converse University (Feb. 18), and ending with senior night versus UNC Pembroke (Feb. 21). Shorter will wrap up regular season play with an away game against Erskine College (Feb. 25).
