The Shorter University Hawks solidified their position in the Conference Carolinas with a hard-fought 62-55 victory over the King Tornadoes on February 13, 2025. The match, held at the Winthrop-King Centre in Rome, was a pivotal moment for the Hawks, who improved their season record to 17 wins and 4 losses, showcasing their dominance in the conference standings.
Derrica McCall led the charge with 17 points, including key free throws down the stretch.
Tori Smiley contributed 8 points and 8 rebounds, while
Tiara Lewis and
